# Mobile app

> Let technicians see, work and close jobs from their phone on the floor.

Opmaint is built mobile first. Most maintenance work happens away from a desk, so technicians do their part of the job from the Opmaint app on their phone.

The app is available for iOS on the Apple App Store and for Android on Google Play.

## What technicians do in the app

* See the work orders assigned to them
* Follow checklists step by step
* Record what was done and the parts used
* Log meter readings
* Close jobs as soon as they finish

## Why it matters

When the record is made on the spot, it is accurate and complete. When it is written up later from memory, details get lost. The app makes the right way the easy way.

## Getting your team on the app

Invite each technician as a user first. They then install the app and sign in with their own account.
