  • Low Stock: View a list of parts that have fallen below their minimum stock level. This helps identify items that need to be reordered before they run out.

  • Daily Transactions: Access a record of all inventory-related activities, such as part issues, receipts, or adjustments, that took place each day. Useful for monitoring daily inventory movement.

  • Abstract Report: Generate a summarized report providing a quick overview of key inventory information, such as stock levels and usage trends, for management and decision-making.

  • Parts Statement: View a detailed history for individual parts, including all transactions, stock changes, and current balance. This helps with tracking part usage and accountability.

  • Asset Consumption: Analyze how many parts have been used by each asset. This provides insight into maintenance needs and helps manage asset-related expenses.

  • Bulk Adjustment: Make changes to the stock levels of multiple parts at once, rather than updating them individually. This is handy after a physical stock audit or inventory count.

  • Export to Excel: Download the current inventory data or reports in Excel format. This makes it easy to share, analyze, or back up inventory information outside the system.
