Description

Priority (Low / Medium / High)

Admin

  • Select the admin overseeing the work.

  • Used mainly for tracking and reporting purposes.

Select Users (Required)

  • Assign users responsible for completing the work.

  • Mandatory for task allocation.

Select Teams

  • Assign entire teams instead of individuals.

  • Ideal for collaborative or large-scale tasks.

Start Date / Due Date (Required)

  • Define when work should start and finish.

  • Ensures tasks are time-bound and trackable.

Category (Required)

  • Choose the type or classification of the work.

  • Helps organize and filter tasks by type (e.g., electrical, plumbing).

Asset

  • Link the task to a specific machine or equipment.

  • Enables asset-specific history and reports.

Location (Required)

  • Indicate where the work needs to happen.

  • Helps users quickly identify the job site.

Checklist

  • Add step-by-step instructions or tasks to follow.

  • Ensures work is done consistently and thoroughly.
