This article explains how to delete a work order, bulk delete work orders, delete cycle count work orders, and restore a deleted work order.
Administrators can delete and restore any work order.
Full Users can only delete and restore work orders that they created.
What Happens When You Delete A Work Order
When you delete a work order, the work order details display the deletion date and time.
If the work order was created from a work request, a notification appears in the request details to let the Requester know that the work order was deleted.
Delete a Single Work Order
To delete a work order:
From the sidebar, select Work Orders.
Select the work order you want to delete.
In the work order details, select (more options).
Select Delete.
When prompted, select Confirm to delete the work order.
Restore a Deleted Work Order
From the sidebar, select Archive
Select the work order you want to restore.
Click the more option
Click on Restore.
