A Vendor is an external company or individual who supplies parts, equipment, or services to your organization. When creating a vendor profile, you need to enter the following details:

  • Vendor Name: The official name of the vendor or supplier.

  • Vendor Description: A brief summary describing the vendor, such as what products or services they provide.

  • Contact Person Name: The name of the main point of contact at the vendor, making communication easy and direct.

  • Contact Person Number: The phone number of the contact person, ensuring quick access when you need support or to place orders.

Adding vendors with complete information helps streamline purchasing, track supplier performance, and maintain clear records for all business relationships.
