Single sign-on (SSO) lets your team sign in to Opmaint with the company account they already use, instead of a separate Opmaint password. Opmaint supports SSO with both Google and Microsoft accounts.

Why use SSO

  • One less password for your team to remember or reset
  • Central control. When someone leaves, disabling their company account also closes their Opmaint access.
  • Fewer support requests about forgotten logins, especially for technicians who sign in on shared or new phones

Setting up SSO

SSO is configured with your IT team, since it connects Opmaint to your company’s sign-in system. Contact our team and we will work through the setup with your IT administrator.
People who sign in with SSO still need an Opmaint user account with the right role. SSO decides how they sign in, not what they can do.
