Routine jobs like inspections, servicing and cleaning should not depend on someone remembering them. Set them to repeat once and Opmaint creates them on schedule.

Make a work order repeat

1

Open the form

Create a new work order with + Create workorder, or edit an existing one. See Create a work order.
2

Turn on repeat

Near the bottom of the form, turn on Repeat Work Order. The Repeat Configuration section appears.
3

Choose Periodic or Interval

Repeats on a calendar pattern.
  1. Choose Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly.
  2. In Repeat every, enter how often, for example every 2 weeks.
  3. Set the Execution Time, the time of day the work order is created.
4

Save

Use Periodic when the job is tied to the calendar, such as “every Monday” or “on the 1st of each month”. Use Interval when what matters is the gap between jobs, such as “every 30 days”.
