A work order is a single maintenance job: fix a leaking pump, replace a filter, inspect a panel. It records what needs doing, on which asset and location, who is doing it, and everything that happened along the way. You find work orders under Work Orders in the left sidebar. It has three pages:

People outside the maintenance team can report problems as requests, which maintenance then turns into work orders. See Work requests.
