A request portal is a public form for reporting problems. Anyone with the link or QR code can submit a request, without an Opmaint account. Submissions arrive in Requests like any other request. Use portals for floor staff, store teams, tenants, visitors, or anyone who spots a problem but does not use Opmaint.

A printed QR code near the equipment, with a line like “Scan to report a problem”, gets far more reports than a link people have to remember.
