A request is a problem reported by someone who is not doing the repair: an operator who hears a noise, a store manager whose AC has stopped, a security guard who spots a leak. Maintenance reviews each request and approves or rejects it. You find requests under Requests in the left sidebar.

Request stages

The Requests page shows every request on a board with four columns: Each card shows the request’s priority, title, description, location and how long ago it came in. Switch between the board and a list with the view buttons next to the search box.

Requests and work orders

Keeping the two separate means maintenance controls its own workload, and nobody outside the team has to know how jobs are planned.

Ways to raise a request
